Your Lending Specialist will provide their direct contact details as the first point of contact, and loan status can be viewed by existing members within Internet Banking under ‘Apply’ and then ‘Loan Status’ however, you can always contact the branch or our Member Service Centre staff to direct you accordingly.

Our Member Service Centre operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm (Adelaide time) and Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm (Adelaide time).
